For hygiene reasons, all wig sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, colour, style or fit.

Once an order has been placed, wigs are not eligible for return, exchange or refund because of colour preference, style preference, fit or a change of mind. This applies even if the packaging has not been opened.

Please choose carefully

Screen settings and lighting can affect how colours appear. If you would like help choosing a colour or style, contact us before ordering and we will be happy to assist.

Ask us before you buy

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or appears to have a manufacturing defect before use, contact us promptly at musehairclub@gmail.com. Keep the item, tags and packaging in their original condition and include clear photos. Once confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund and cover any required return shipping.

Order cancellation

Contact us immediately if you need to cancel. We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has entered processing or shipping.

This policy does not limit any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
